Customer Support professionals needed for inbound calls Your new company You will be working in a customer service team of 20 people for a company based in the DN14 area of Doncaster. Your new role You will be assisting existing customers who are experiencing problems with their products or delivery, in addition to general enquiries. You will need to rectify these problems or answer queries by checking delivery progress, liaising with engineers or putting new orders in when required. Inbound calls Order processing Data Entry What you'll need to succeed You must have good problem solving abilities in order to identify the correct resolution. You will need to listen carefully to calls whilst inputting information onto the computer system simultaneously. This role requires pace and you will have targets to meet in terms of your call times and number of calls answered. In addition to this, you will need good data entry skills to be able to log all call information and customer details onto the system accordingly. You must be able to work shift patterns 4 on 4 off, 7am - 7pm What you'll get in return This role is temporary ongoing.
