A successful and expanding business based in Hemel Hempstead are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator. You will be joining a busy and supportive team in a varied role. The successful candidate will be working within the sales support team responsible for handling and processing enquiries. There will also be general admin support to the team as and when needed. Full training will be provided to the right candidate who is willing to learn and develop within a friendly and sociable team. The company will offer progression and ongoing development for candidates who want to develop their skills and career long term. Key responsibilities: To update/maintain database system as and when required with new products, client information, prices Provide an excellent level of Customer Service Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone and email Administration and logging of customer details on the database Processing data received via telephone, email and website What the employer is looking for: Strong communication skills Polite, professional telephone manner Ability to meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Have a flexible approach to working time in order to meet deadlines Methodical approach to work What’s in it for you?
