Due to expansion, Wolseley UK are looking for a Customer Service Executive, to join their Support Centre team in Ripon.

This role is offered on a permanent basis, with a guaranteed 30 to 40 hours per week.

Working hours are between Monday and Friday 7.30am – 8pm and every other weekend Saturday: 8am – 5pm and Sunday: 10am – 4pm

About the role

Main duties are:

  • processing electronic orders

  • answering in bound enquires over email and phone

  • dealing with queries

  • providing exceptional customer support

Full training and support are provided to ensuring you have the tools needed to succeed in this high volume and fast-paced environment.

About you

Any customer service, sales or administration experience you’ve gained would be beneficial in helping you succeed in this role.

We’re looking for people who can work on their own initiative, have a supportive personality and the ability to communicate at all levels.

If you’ve previously worked in a contact or call centre or have a background in retail or hospitality, then we’d like to hear from you.
