The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is a strategic authority working with partners to deliver a stronger West Midlands, with a focus on skills, innovation, transport, economic development and regeneration. About the Role
This is a key role in the WMCA's Communication's team providing full service, communication support.

This will involve working closely with the Leadership and Mayoral team and wider organisation on the development and delivery of communications activities.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good organisation and time management and the ability to multitask and prioritise projects under deadline pressures.

Demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential.

Working well within a team is important in this busy and deadline-driven environment, as well as political awareness and a knowledge of current affairs.
