Contact Centre Team Leader

Shifts: These will rotate between 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday (9am-6pm or 12pm-9pm) With either a Saturday or Sunday shift and a day off during the week in lieu Key Responsibilities Managing a team of up to 8 Advisors per shift The ideal Team Leader will have the key personable skills of empathy, optimism and positively drive brand values. They must be able to demonstrate independent decision making, organisation, planning and problem-solving skills when leading a small team Create an environment where the Team Leader celebrates their Advisor's success with a desire to see their team perform at their maximum potential We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader with a can-do attitude, someone that will lead by example and proactively highlight team member training and coaching needs The Team Leader will set goals and reviews, they will constantly coach and train their Advisors and conduct regular one to one meetings and appraisals Candidate experience Previous Team Leader with experience in an office-based customer service environment Ideally candidates will have lead a team within a contact centre role Decision making, organisation and problem-solving skills Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude Personable and confident, reliable and flexible Willing to assist where necessary to help others If you have the relevant skills and experience to be considered for this role, please apply now.
