Customer Service Representative
Job Title: Customer Service Representative Duration: Permanent Location: Hemel Hempstead Pay: £25,000 We have a fantastic client based in Hemel Hempstead who have a vibrant team and work in amazing offices. They are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders, responding to pre-sales and post-sales product related queries, complaint handling and service needs Process invoices according to customer specific requirements Monitor delivery process Handle service complaints from internal and external customers Oder taking process - Order entry, price list maintenance, adjustment processing, product returns and credit notes Answer incoming calls to the customer service department Handle back orders Skills: The successful candidate must have SAP experience 3 - 5 years customer service experience within an office environment Nursing or pharmaceutical background would be beneficial Good understanding of supply chain This is a rare opportunity to join a great company in a desirable location.
