I am looking for a Customer Order/Processing Executive.

Your role is to provide excellence in Customer Service to our Customers through managing order flow, customer part numbers and order errors.


*Utilising SAP for order entry & order management.
*Ensuring all transactions meet required compliance standards and defined Service Level Agreements at all times.
*To proactively notify customers of any issues with transmitting or entering their order
*To liaise with the business on customer relationship management utilising SalesForce functionality
*To collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure customer orders flow and any queries are resolved in a timely manner

Experience, Skill & Capabilities
*Data entry skills
*Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
*Strong problem-solving skills, ownership and an ability to work as part of a team
*Good written & verbal communication skills essential
*Strong organisational skills
*Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes
*Use of SAP & SalesForce desirable
