Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Personal Assistant to join their Edinburgh based team on a 3 month initial contract
What are the skills, knowledge and experience needed to do the role?
- Previous experience of being a Personal Assistant essential.
- Experience of diary and inbox management.
- Experience of business support.
- Knowledge of administrative systems eg PeopleSoft, iBuy travel, expenses, MI etc.
- Knowledge of Word and PowerPoint and ability to use Excel.
- Positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
