Legal Customer Service Advisor
Our client is looking for candidates with customer service experience to join their niche contact centre team. In this role you will be the first point of contact handling all incoming customer enquiries to the business via phone, email and social media and live chat. You’ll be joining a business that is constantly looking to improve its offering to both employee and targets audiences and actively supports the upskilling of all staff with industry leading training opportunities and clear progression routes. Interviews for this position will be held wc 29th April 2019 Legal Customer Service Advisor - Job Overview As a Customer Services Advisor you will be responsible for gathering key information from incoming customer enquiries which will allow you to identify the relevant department to pass their enquiry on to. Handling incoming enquiries and complaints from customers via phone, email and social media and live chat Ensuring accurate and detailed information from all customer enquiries and complaints is recorded on the internal database Where required, assessing information provided by customers to determine if their complaint requires further escalation Escalating customer enquiries and complaints to the relevant internal departments as required Providing exceptional levels of customer service to all customers Legal Customer Service Advisor - Skills and Experience Required Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment useful but not essential Degree educated with an interest in pursuing a career within a legal environment essential Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure Legal Customer Service Advisor - Benefits Offered Salary £18,000 rising to £19,000 after completion of training programme 37.5 hour working week Access to accredited qualifications Enhanced benefits package Excellent progression and development opportunities within the business Thank you for your application.
