I am working with an FMCG business based in the West Yorkshire area to recruit a Deep Sea Customer Coordinator. This will be an initial 9 month FTC. Client Details Market leading FMCG business based in West Yorkshire Description Duties & Responsibilities Checks feasibility (commercial terms, availability and logistics) of PO's creates orders in SAP Create deliveries, allocate batches to the delivery and create shipping documents to warehouses Provide sales confirmations / packing list etc. to customer / sales / agents Monitor & action daily dispatch reports VL10G and daily loading reports Check to ensure freight accruals are present in the deliveries and creates shipment costs where applicable Handle customer complaints in regards to logistics, handle customer credits / returns / invoicing Perform other duties as assigned. Profile What do you need to be successful? You will need to have an understanding and knowledge of Deep sea shipping Good experience in customer service environment/ role and familiarity with a range of computer software packages. Knowledge of supply chain and customer service. SAP knowledge, ideally in Sales & Distribution (preferred, training will be given) Demonstrated computer proficiency MS office. Excellent articulation skills with the ability to communicate key concepts both verbally and in writing. Effective listening skills, independent and self-directed, team-oriented, strong work ethics. Ensuring the highest levels of Health and Safety are met at all times. A second language of German or Dutch would be an advantage. Job Offer The successful candidate will be offered a salary of up to £21,000
