LOCATION: Harrogate SALARY: £18,000 - £22,000 PERMANENT POSITION REED Harrogate is working with a locally based client who are seeking to add to their talented customer experience team. They require a Native French speaking Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience as well as being able to develop the existing customer relationships. Your role is to deliver an exceptional and consistent quality service and experience for the valued French customers. Your responsibility is to demonstrate customer service excellence by advising efficiently and effectively to all customer’s enquiries and taking pride in delivering exceptional customer care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Experience working with and dealing with customers Process oriented Excellent attention to detail Good IT skills Organised and methodical with excellent administrative skills Willingness to learn new skills Good team player Personable Fluent in French and English – both orally and written (French native would be an advantage) Good MS Knowledge Word (some Excel), Microsoft Outlook Accurate keyboard skills Knowledge of eBay/Amazon – Training will be given Excellent customer service skills Experience of retail sales Successful candidates will have: Excellent communication & organisational skills A professional and proactive attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills An eagerness to learn and develop themselves They will to go the extra mile to ensure our outstanding service is upheld Knowledge of either German, Italian or Spanish is advantageous, but not essential.
