Continuous Improvement Specialist - Glasgow Our major public sector client require an experience continuous improvement specialist to join their team. You will support the Head of Continuous Improvement to embed a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) as an everyday activity through building the capability and understanding of all employees, and in so doing to help improve the way the organisation works. You will do this through: Increasing the CI knowledge and capability throughout Providing ongoing support and guidance to the organisation Utilising knowledge and expertise to facilitate and lead on CI initiatives Management and development of a small team of CI Advisors Essential: Experience of implementing continuous improvement methodologies, tools and techniques to drive improvement Experience and successful track record of initiating, and leading process improvement projects that deliver quantifiable benefits Experience of engagement with senior stakeholders and partners on continuous improvement and partnership working Track record of successfully working with a range of stakeholders - internal and external Experience of promoting CI at both a departmental and organisational level Experience in the development and rolling out of training courses Desirable: Project Management experience, using approaches such as PRINCE2 (or similar) Qualified as a practitioner in a recognised CI methodology Member or working towards membership of the Chartered Quality Institute Demonstrable experience of delivering benefits realisation exercises to demonstrate cost savings from continuous improvement Experience of deploying effective conflict resolution and influencing strategies Parity Professionals - Source, Develop, Transform Parity Professionals Ltd acts in the capacity of an Employment Agency when providing permanent recruitment services.
