HR Administrator required for our Head Office in Werrington on a 14 month Fixed Term Contract. Hours of work: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Our HR Administrators are at the centre of everything we do. From providing dedicated HR support to our Care Homes, completing paperwork for our new starters/leavers/amendments in our Homes and working closely with our Home Administrators to make sure HR processes are being followed. They will also be required to carry out recruitment administration. Our HR Administrators are also privy to confidential information, so confidentiality in the work they do is paramount. The successful candidate would be a strong communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work with the rest of the HR team. You will need to demonstrate attention to detail, excellent communication skills, be a real team player and have excellent knowledge of computer programmes such as Word and Excel. You will have communication with all levels of staff in Country Court Care so the ability to build relationships easily is extremely important.
