Starting package is ??20,521
Starting salary of ??17,821. In addition, a ??1,000 fully flexible Shift Premium is payable and you would receive a ??500 Flexible Benefits Allowance. You would also be eligible for an annual performance-related bonus of ??1,200, which is dependent on company and individual performance.

As a Select Advisor your main responsibilities will be:
Providing exemplary customer service to our Select customers
Listen to customers to identify and understand their current and future needs and providing the right solution to meet those needs.
Deepening customer relationships by providing a simple, seamless and efficient service whilst ensuring commercial opportunities are identified and referred
Identifying and driving new ways to make banking more simple, personal and fair for our customers through the education of digital channels, Internet Banking, Phone Banking and Self-service points, to meet their varying needs.
Taking ownership of and resolving any complex issues that arise.
Developing your knowledge of our products, and the overall market, to provide authoritative advice and insight to customers and colleagues
What we will be looking for in you:
A track record of building solid customer relationships within a customer service environment
The ability to work to discussed objectives
Excellent listening and communication skills
The motivation to go above-and-beyond for our customers
Proven experience in a customer service role
Hours of work:
We're recruiting full-time roles at 35 hours per week. That means you'll work five seven-hour rotational shifts, between 8.00 am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 8.00am and 6.00pm Saturday and Sunday. For your continued flexibility you will receive a ??1,000 fully flexible shift premium.
You'll be working in our Carlton Park offices just outside of Leicester city centre in Narborough. With a restaurant, coffee shop, Santander branch and free parking on site, well known childcare facility and gym nearby, it offers something for everyone.
