Type: Permanent full-time Based: Seapark Complex, Belfast Road, Carrickfergus Organisation: The Police Service of Northern Ireland Salary: £36,603 - £43,058 Job Description: As a member of the Occupational Health and Well-being (OH&W) Team, specifically the Physiotherapy Service, the role holder will ensure the provision of high quality clinical and functional examination of referred Police Officers/Staff of the PSNI. The role holder will do this with a view to advising on fitness for work and the appropriate rehabilitation when required. The role holder will also undertake worksite/ergonomic assessments, health promotion activities, audits and other OH Physiotherapy duties as required. They will do this while working autonomously within professional guidelines and collaboratively within the OH&W team. The role holder must hold an Honours degree in Physiotherapy, be a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health & Care Professions Council. They must also provide evidence of relevant clinical CPD including a range of post graduate courses in examination and treatment approaches for adult MSK disorders.
