Even if you have no experience we offer full paid training and extensive paid shadowing, all you have to bring is a positive attitude and commitment to care for others. You will be responsible for supporting our clients of all ages to live their daily lives to the full, assisting with their physical and personal needs to enhance each individual's well-being. We help with all aspects of daily living from food prep and light domestic cleaning to personal care involving helping go to the bathroom and washing and bathing. It takes a special type of person to be able to support those in need of care and for the right person it can be a highly rewarding job. Not only that it could be the foot up you need into a health and social care career. About You: You have to be flexible in your approach and work dynamically as part of a team and on your own. You will be delivering a level of care that truly comes from the heart. It’s about making sure our clients never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within their home. It's necessary to be positively motivated and have an empathetic and caring nature.
