About the Role A position has become available for a Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team. You will support the marketing team in delivering key elements of the annual activity plan, centred around customer-centred marketing plans, campaigns and assets that can then be executed across all channels: in stores, on the website, in email, through influence channels and beyond. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager the role will cover these key responsibilities… You will be managing the development of compelling, customer-led marketing propositions and campaigns for specific categories and access points that enable the brand story to be brought to life across channels and across markets. You will be supporting the campaign planning and delivery program, working in close collaboration with key colleagues in Marketing, Ecommerce, Product and Merchandising teams to ensure delivery of high impact customer-focused content and campaigns. Always reinforcing the brand benefit that no one gets parenting better. You will maximise opportunities across selected key growth entry points (i.e. a selection from Department Stores, Concessions, Nationals and Platinum Independents.) Working closely with Retail Marketing team who will deliver collateral that supports this. You will be constantly driving awareness and perceptions of key products and categories in line with key KPIs. You will be working closely with colleagues in Product and Design to identify marketing content from existing products as well as New Product Development. About the Person This is a 'big' Marketing Manager role. Ideally, we are looking for someone that is already an established Marketing Manager, looking for a broader challenge as they grow their career in marketing. You will have experience of International marketing, combined with organising and managing trade events. You will have experience in managing a category of products through its lifecycle from positioning to consumer launch. You will be extremely passionate about marketing along with a positive hands on approach.
