Due to continued growth across the Buy It Direct business, we have a brand new opportunity available for a Customer Retention Manager to join our Marketing department. We are looking for a CRM expert to expand our growing team. This role will specifically focus on B2B – so experience within this area is desirable though not essential. Your day-to-day role will involve working toward targets and objectives, focused on increasing repeat business via channels such as email, SMS, direct mail and re-marketing. Understanding our customer journeys will be key to the delivery. The role will involve working closely with the brand teams and the commercial B2B team, to understand our brand offerings alongside promotions, up-sell, cross sell and attach campaign opportunities Who are we? What else will you have to do? Create and develop our CRM strategy with an understanding of our B2B customers – overall and by category Create B2B customer segments Work with the B2B team to create campaigns around our core categories and objectives Work with the brand team to develop our tone of voice per brand to match the customer profile Work with the creative team to create engaging templates, designs and content Create the concept of newsletters Think about ways of influencing customers to regularly look out for and open our emails Work with the traffic manager and Web Traders to ensure campaigns are represented at all stages of the journey Use data to better target customers with relevant information and promotions Use RFM to determine our core customers Influence our customers to purchase from our sister brands Develop upsell and attach plans to increase value per customer Improve email CTR and reduce unsubscribe rates Experiment with SMS, direct mail, and re-marketing channels Objectives Create a B2B CRM strategy Create B2B customer segments Create B2B customer journeys, implement and roll out across category Create upsell campaigns per category Create concept of newsletters KPI's Increase % repeat business and customer LTV Increase channel profit So what’s really important to us? The salary for the role is up to £35,000 dependent on experience.
