Customer Service Coordinator
We are currently looking for an experience sales/customer service co-ordinator to work for one of our clients within an internal sales department , dealing with telephone and email enquiries, resolution of queries, trouble shooting and liaison with all other departments to co-ordinate all aspects of the customer requirements. We are looking for someone who can offer a professional service to both our customers and external sales team. We are working in fast paced environment where organisational skills and high standards must be maintained although there are no direct sales calls involved in this role. The ideal candidate must have: An excellent telephone manner at all times The ability to communicate professionally with customers, which may include clients, contractors and members of the general public, and internal and external members of staff Work well within a team but be equally comfortable working on your own initiative as this is a new role which the individual will be expected to develop Work with a high degree of accuracy Ability to work to tight deadlines Have well developed organisational skills Pay attention to detail Be computer literate with experience of Microsoft word, excel and using databases Be familiar with using a CRM system Good problem solving skills It would be advantageous to have the following: Previous experience of working within a customer focused sales environment, business to business.
