WORKING HOURS: Full Time 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Our client are a well respected prisoner transportation company who provide the safe and secure transportation and custody suite services for prisoners and young people in custody across England, Scotland and Wales and our now looking for a Administrator / Administration Assistant to join their existing team based in Bellshill, South Glasgow

THE ROLE: As a Recruitment Administrator / Administration Assistant you will join our client's team where you would be based at Bellshill just South of Glasgow. This role is a wide an varied role but will be focused around being the key contact for all Recruiters, Managers and HR colleagues for recruitment, manage new starter process end to end, be the key contact for all new employees to the business, and maintain, communicate and have full ownership for HR trackers.
This would be great for a skilled administrator who is looking for a role where you will have a wide scope. 

Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Administrator / Administration Assistant role include :-

Advertise vacancies through external providers
Manage vacancies – sift CV's and send invites / update trackers
Liaise with employees to organise Assessment days and interviews - book venue, print all documentation required and attend for vetting requirement
Candidate feedback, making offers and notifying reserves
Produce new starter packs and said confirm acceptance of employment to all relevant departments 
Produce and manage new starter packs, send links for DBS and submit references
Write all invite and outcome letters for Absence disciplinarians., excluding invites and outcome for dismissals 
Manage and maintain all Inboxes and send letters out via post
Provide data as and when required for HR/Data analyst 
Assist with other ad hoc duties 

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Recruitment Administrator / Administration Assistant role must be an organised person who has the ability to work well under pressure and to tight time deadlines, and has previous experience in a an admin support role, ideally in Recruitment or HR. You must be accurate with a good eye for attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and take ownership of a task and see it through to completion. Candidates will need to be IT literate and have experience using Microsoft Word & Excel and must be able to provide excellent customer service as well as being able to work well as part of a team. Candidates must also live in commutable distance to Bellshill, South Glasgow. 

Key Experience / Characteristics preferred for the Recruitment Administrator / Administration Assistant role :-

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Previous administration experience required – ideally in Recruitment / HR
Great Organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure and to tight time frames
Good IT skills and competent use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Maintain confidentiality
Planning and organising daily and weekly tasks/activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail 
Customer service focus
