Do you have the passion and experience to become a Head of Department? Join New College Stamford on our journey to excellence.

We are looking for an experienced curriculum manager to lead and manage the Early Years, Health & Social Care (EYHSC) and Animal Studies Departments at New College Stamford.

The successful candidate will contribute effectively to the successful learning experiences of students in the College through effective leadership that meets or exceeds College standards and results in high levels of student retention and achievement.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and comprehensive, recent experience in Further Education. You must hold a teaching qualification and ideally a management qualification.

The successful candidate must have experience of managing a curriculum area, but not necessarily EYHSC or Animal Studies and have a track record of delivering lessons at a standard of 'Good' or above. We are looking for someone who possess excellent communication skills and be highly motivated to provide an outstanding service to our learners. Finally, you will have the proven ability to work successfully and influentially as a leader, but also as part of a team.
