ICT Customer Service Advisor (No experience necessary!)
Role: Temporary Six Week Contract
Requirements: Must be immediately available
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to take their first step on the ICT ladder and expand their technical knowledge.
Full training will be provided
- Good time management.
- Interested in problem solving.
- Must have good computer skills including understanding of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Applicants must have a positive attitude, be confident and articulate in difficult situations and have an excellent telephone manner.
- Must be enthusiastic, and committed to ongoing learning and training.
- Have good organizational skills and a good eye for detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Must be comfortable and able to converse confidently by phone, email and face to face with all users up to Director level.
