The Role: Reporting into the Head of HR, we are looking for two high performing HR Business Partners to join an ambitious and talented team. You will be responsible for driving business initiatives and organisational performance through partnerships with our key internal stakeholders. There will also be ample opportunity to act as a change agent, balancing employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. We are at an exciting time in our evolution and this is a great chance and challenge to contribute to the success of the Legal & General Modular Homes ‘people and organisation’ plan. Key Tasks: Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to encourage the integration of Group and LGMH HR policies, procedures and practice within their business areas. Evaluate requirements of each business function and recommend, design and deliver appropriate solutions. Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on complex areas of policy or issues. Drive performance at functional and company level, collaborating with HR colleagues to develop policies, programs, and solutions and embed ownership at functional level. Support business functions through organisational change, providing the appropriate advice and challenge to ensure congruence with the 5 year plan. Lead/Assist in adhoc projects that support operational/strategic plans. Analyse data trends and metrics to inform business decisions. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary. Participate and be present alongside managers in difficult disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal hearings, including the management of complex case. Qualifications & Experience Required: Ideally CIPD Level 7 or equivalent Degree educated Experience or good knowledge of working in manufacturing Understanding of the housing/construction sector would be beneficial A detailed and strong understanding of employment legislation Experience in managing complex employee relations and conflict resolution in a commercially focused way Strong experience of partnering stakeholders and stakeholder management Advanced analytical skills Ability to research business and external approaches, including constraints to develop solutions to specific problems High performance focused with demonstrable evidence to support delivery.
