Quantity Surveyor - Modular Buildings and Off-Site Construction Based: Northern Ireland Area Covered: UK Package: £60,000-£70,000, Strong Bonus Opportunities, Pension, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Mobile Phone, Laptop, 21 Days Holiday plus Statutory Days A Quantity Surveyor - Modular Buildings and Off-Site Construction is required by our client based in Northern Ireland covering the UK. They are a forward thinking organisation that is instantly recognisable within their field, with a strong on-time delivery record and very much a personalised and very much a bespoke offering. They are looking for applicants with proven Quantity Surveying experience in Modular Buildings, possibly in other forms of Off-Site Construction such as Timber Framed Buildings, Steel Framing Systems or Steel Framed Housing or Bathroom Pods. They would also be keen to speak with candidates with experience of Quantity Surveying in Main Contracting or potentially with a background in Groundworks across the UK. The business predominantly sells to the Residential sector, Commercial clients and into Education so experience of working within any of these industries would be interesting. This role offers excellent and diverse opportunities for Career Progression into more senior management positions in both the company and the wider group for the successful applicant so you will be a very ambitious and forward thinking individual. You will possess a Proven Track record of Quantity Surveying in either Modular Buildings, other Off-Site Construction areas such as Timber Framed Buildings, Steel Framing Systems or Steel Framed Housing or Bathroom Pods, Main Contracting or Groundworks across the UK. The company require applicants who can hit the ground running, have strong man management skills and have good technical and interpersonal skills. In addition, they will also look for candidates who are very well organised and have good reporting skills. They also look for applicants who have good market experience, strong MMC and construction regulations experience. They also look at people who have a good personality, have good conflict resolution skills and good problem-solving ability.
