Hours: Part Time (21 hours).
Salary: Region of £24,000 pro rata (depending on experience) plus benefits.

575 people are diagnosed with cancer every week in Yorkshire. People here are more likely to get cancer - and more likely to die from it - than most other counties in England. We work in partnership with researchers, scientists and clinicians, the NHS, Public Health bodies and other charities to make life-changing improvements to cancer rates and survival in Yorkshire.
Yorkshire Cancer Research is entering a very exciting period in its development. As part of this we are expanding our team at our Head Office and a number of new roles are being created. We are currently looking to recruit a part time HR Officer for 21 hours per week, who will support the People Partner with administration and HR support. In this role, you will be involved with recruitment, maintaining and updating the HR Database, organising training and development, preparing staff communications in relation to HR matters, as well as responding to day to day HR queries. You must have proven experience in a similar role of at least 3 years.
