· Salary: £26,000 to £32,000 per annum dependent on experience company car OR car allowance · Location: Office based in Rugby covering Solihull, Birmingham and Kidderminster. · Contract: Permanent This is an exciting opportunity to work with By the Bridge with Cambian; an independent and leading fostering organisation with a unique therapeutic approach, providing high quality foster care for children of all ages and abilities. The role An opportunity has arisen to join our established team in Rugby as a full time Link Worker (Supervising Social Worker), to work with up to 15 foster families. You will be in commutable distance of our families around Solihull, Birmingham and Kidderminster and our regional office in Rugby. Your role is to be the vital link between By the Bridge with Cambian placing authorities and our therapeutically trained foster families, ensuring that By the Bridge with Cambian children achieve their full potential. You will help to grow and develop the Foster Parent base in the West Midlands and surrounding areas. You You will be a qualified Social Worker with experience of working with children and families in fostering.It would also be advantageous if you have therapeutic childcare experience.You will be personable, confident and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to manage your time and work flexibly.
