Role Summary The ES Implementation Administrator will be responsible for delivering multiple client implementations concurrently and to a tight timescales, working with the ES Implementation Manager and other colleagues within Equiniti and external entities. A key aspect of the role will involve dealing with client participant data, so strong Microsoft Excel numerical skills are essential. You will need a strong understanding of data interrogation and data manipulation for the preparation of files into loading state, data testing, query resolution and file reconciliation to facilitate the system set up of the clients discretionary/executive plans. The Administrator will also assist in with the Employee Portal build / configuration to the client’s specification and overseeing this from test to the live environment. Responsibility will be testing the user journey functionality, identifying and overseeing Employee Portal development requirements. There will also be a need to assist with the planning and preparation of key tasks as part of the implementation covering, proof reading of documentation including administration manuals and employee communications. Department Information The Implementation Team forms a key part of EQ Boardroom and is responsible for supporting new employee services client wins. We ensure we onboard our new clients, products or services to contract while maintaining excellent customer service within a given timescale. All aspects of our delivery are visual to our clients, so strong attention to detail whilst working under pressure is essential. This can be the first time our clients experience Equiniti task delivery so ensuring a smooth transition or implementation is imperative. Client focus and strong relationship management skills are key. Core Duties/Responsibilities Supporting ES Implementation Manager in the planning, preparation and delivery of the client implementation / migration(s) Using Microsoft Excel to interrogate data received from client / service provider Prepare, load and reconcile data with an accuracy of 100% prior to client review and sign off Set up and create client staging discretionary Portal Set up and test participant transaction journeys to client specification Identify and oversee development requirements to deployment with Developers and onshore support team Capture plan details and set up client system parameters
