These roles are based in Burnley in NW England, but will provide support nationally and internationally. The Role: As a Service Engineer, you will provide technical support and maintenance services to customers throughout the UK and to distributors and customers. In this key role, you will: - Provide telephone and email support for customers on site - Provide technical support for newly launched products - Order spare parts - Provide basic product training to customers - Ensure compliance with internal and external quality processes - Attend site for installation and commissioning About You: To be considered as a Service Engineer, you’ll need: - Previous mechanical or electrical engineering experience - Thorough knowledge of H&S regulations - Good IT skills, including MS Office - A full, valid driving licence We are also eager to hear from graduates with a degree in a relevant subject. An advantage would be to have an electrical and/or plumbing and/or site safety qualification.
