We have a unique opportunity for a Technical Trainer to join our award-winning Talent & Development team; providing training, assessment and support across the business. We are especially keen to hear from those who have the knowledge and skills that are usually gained from hands-on experience of working in an operational or technical role within the water industry. You'll also need to be committed to the highest standards of health and safety, as well as helping your colleagues to fulfil their jobs to the best of their ability.
If you don't already possess them, we can help you to obtain the qualifications needed to be successful in this position. However, candidates will most definitely need to be friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent quality customer service.
You must also be comfortable, confident and capable of working at heights and entering confined spaces.
You will also need to be willing to travel to deliver training across South Wales and Herefordshire and on an occasional basis assist training colleagues with delivery and assessment in Mid and North Wales.
