The Company
Established for well over a decade, our client is an independent company, providing financial services to their clients. The company's main ethos is to treat their clients the way they would like to be treated and as they are completely independent they have the power to do so. Quality Client service has been the cornerstone of building the company with over 95% of new business coming from existing client referrals.

Over the years, the Company has grown from 2 advisers and 2 staff, to 5 advisers and 5 Client Servicing team members. The Company are now looking for Client Service Administrator to replace a current member of the team who is moving away for the area. 

The company has a fantastic working environment, based in the beautiful grounds of Levens Hall, near Kendal, which you and clients will have access to. This is a great place to take 10 minutes out of your busy day for a walk or to sit with a cup of tea!

What experience do I need?
You will have previous experience working within a customer service role and ideally hold some previous experience in a Client Servicing role, however this would be highly desirable but not essential. 
Experience in the Financial Services industry would also be an advantage, however because the Company have a bespoke training scheme geared towards high quality Customer Service delivery, they would consider someone with little experience in the industry but who has the potential to develop. A good dose of common sense will go a long way too!!

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate a good command of literacy, numeracy and IT skills. Excellent communication skills, administrative capabilities, a professional attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
You will be joining a small team that have worked together for some time and so the “right fit” in terms of ethos and culture is essential!
