Purchase Ledger Clerk
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established commercial property management firm in the Glasgow area. Who are seeking a talented office support candidate to join their team. Temporary ongoing with the scope of possible extension for the right candidate. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a financial environment. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9-5pm Responsibilities: Maintenance of sales and Purchase Ledgers Preparation of invoices Recording transactions Bank Reconciliations Prepare financial reports Maintaining customer database Credit Control Resolve invoice queries Requirements: Purchase Ledger and Accounts Payable experience A good understating of Sage systems Excellent communicator Pro-active and able to work unsupervised and on own initiative Highly organised and able to multi-task under pressure to strict deadlines Reliable, punctual with good timekeeping. Excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills This is an immediate start for the right candidate.
