Are you an experienced Payroll Executive who is looking for a new challenge in a growing, well-known company who offer fantastic benefits including flexible working, free parking and are open to working in various locations? Our client is growing rapidly and offers an excellent career path for all employees. Salary up to £27k depending on experience and working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. You will report directly to the Payroll Manager and join a fast paced, motivated team who are excellent at building relationships with clients. Ideally you will have experience of working within a bureau environment but this is not essential. Main responsibilities include; • Responsible for end to end payroll processing and Auto Enrolment compliance, in line with the payroll procedures manual. • Control and process a full payroll portfolio and maintain a good working relationship with all clients. • Effectively communicate with clients, offices, HMRC and other third-party providers. • Keep up to date with all legislation and industry changes through independent research. • Know and adhere to service level agreements to ensure a consistent and efficient payroll service is delivered to clients and offices • Identify client specific requirements and report where necessary to the Payroll Manager. • Actively seek to solve payroll related and customer service issues. Skill required: • Minimum of 2 years payroll experience preferably within a bureau environment. • In depth understanding of payroll legislation, processing and Auto Enrolment regulations. • Experience and competence of payroll software • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • The ability to work within a team environment and to your own initiative. • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. • Good time management skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products.
