Application Coordinator required on a permanent basis by our financial services client situated in Liverpool. Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering the role will be a varied mix of PA / Secretarial support, Admin (taking minutes at minutes / chasing actions), Governance in support of IT and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will first and foremost have experience of providing PA and secretarial support within an IT setting, ideally supporting a Head of IT or equivalent senior figure. Other key responsibilities will potentially include; Manage and provide a confidential administrative and managerial services to the Head of Business Partnering (HoBP) , including but not limited to: Prioritising workload for HoBP and scheduling diary activities Maintaining a 'Action List' listing all actions assigned to / delegated by the HoBP Gathering updates / providing direction to members of the Business Partnering Team Production of minutes of meeting / regular reports Diary management Provide administrative and governance support including processing, recording/documenting, co-ordinating and maintaining the various control frameworks and the associated data Co-ordinate and support the management of department operational controls, management and reporting, including (but not limited to) financials, supplier management / sourcing, workforce performance / training and communications. Provide assurance across control areas as required, for example: Facilitate vendor management reviews and on-going assurance checks (i.e. ensuring supplier reviews are being done in a timely manner and all information required is being collated / reviewed) Ensure the department is adhering to its governance requirements, reporting on progress and liaising with line managers to progress. Monitoring and reporting on Minor Enhancement progress Devise, implement and improve administration systems and procedures to meet departmental requirements Liaise with other team members, arrange and provide ad-hoc additional administrative support as and when capacity permits under direction of the HoBP, co-ordinate/lead specific projects.
