A global Financial Services organisation are currently seeking a Client Services Manager to join them on a permanent basis in South London. The roles require great communication skills and the ability to manage numerous deliverables and responsibilities simultaneously. Ideally, the selected candidate will have experience of Payments Operations and Swift Messages, alongside other payment mechanisms and relevant regulations. Team Leadership of circa 5 people will also be highly advantageous.
- Team Management or Team Leadership experience.
- Extensive experience working in a Client Services or Relationship Management role within a financial services organisation
- Experience with payment operations and a good understanding of various payment mechanisms including Swift messaging.
- Ability to work as a senior point of escalation for more junior team members.
- Working knowledge of CBS, CAPS, BACS, GMP
- Extensive client facing experience in a fast paced environment
- Experience of building relationships with both internal and external contacts
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and priorities workload.
