Annapurna Recruitment is currently undergoing an exclusive search for a large FMCG organisation based in the Thames Valley.
My client are searching for a candidate with a strong background in a HR Manager/Advisor position, to be able to successfully manage stakeholder relationships nboth internally and externally with vendors. The successful candidate will also be expected to work closely with payroll vendors and supprting with recruitment.
- Demonstrable background working in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communcaition skills and evidence of dealing with senior managers.
- Upbeat and enthuasiastic character to be ready to fit in to the dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ideally CIPD qualified.
- Desireable but not essential background in FMCG.
- Experience in a HR Manager/Advisor position.
