Christies Letting Agency are recruiting for a Property Maintenance Administrator to join our team. Purpose This role is to support the Manager and Lettings team in property maintenance and related duties. Essential Skills/Qualities High level of verbal and written communication skills IT Skills Organisational skills Attention to detail/accuracy Customer service skills Practical approach to issues Additional or specific skills that would be an advantage Full clean driving licence Telephone skills Basic knowledge of household issues Tasks to include: Logging and following up maintenance issues across the property portfolio Liaising with landlords and tenants about costs and timescales Assisting tenants to self-manage maintenance where appropriate Liaising with and instructing contractors Arranging Legal safety certificates Checking and processing invoices Carrying out property inspections Booking viewings
