We are recruiting for a Interim Accommodation/Facilities Manager for a local authority in Portsmouth. The accommodation/Facilities Manager must have significant experience of managing a large city centre office/commercial facility, and be able to develop and implement a well thought-out office space management strategy. Part of this strategy would be to gain an understanding of how the space is being used, identify future needs so that our business’ spatial needs can be adapted for a more efficient and productive workplace culture. It is essential that the successful candidate understands the current and future accommodation requirements. The position will assist in the establishment, development, implementation and review of effective strategies for the accommodation and facilities management operations to support our commercial objectives.
