An Interim opportunity has arisen for a Accommodation Strategy Manager with the local authorities in Portsmouth. We require an Interim Accomodation/Facilities Manager who has significant experience of managing a large city centre office/commercial facility, and who would be able to develop and implement a well thought-out office space management strategy. Part of this strategy would be to gain an understanding of how the space is being used, identify future needs so that our business' spatial needs can be adapted for a more efficient and productive workplace culture. The position will assist in the establishment, development, implementation and review of effective strategies for our accommodation and facilities management operations to support our commercial objectives. Our strategy will inform the majority of decisions regarding our offices. It will also establish our attitude towards workplace design, specifically in relation to alternative workplace strategies, design and space utilisation, along with cost reduction to help us achieve the optimum return on our costs. Skiils and Experience: Understanding of current and future accommodation requirements. Demonstrate strong leadership Able to identify key benefits business case. Stakeholder management Ability to be able to take a sustainable approach. project management skills You'll generally work 37 hours per week, but longer hours may be required on occasion to meet project deadlines or to cover emergencies.
