Prime Student Living is a specialist lettings and operational management company of student accommodation properties through the UK and Europe.Prime currently manages circa 2500 beds across 9 UK cities providing end of end management of the properties from student on boarding, guest services, property maintenance, security and housekeeping. Our Meadow Court site is based in the heart of The University of Edinburgh’s central campus and offers flats and townhouses for students.We are now looking to recruit a Property Manager to mange the end to end property management of this first-class site. To purpose of the role is to lead the team in the delivery of an outstanding student experience, through strong leadership and a highly developed focus on customer experience. The Property Manager will also be the focal point for sales and marketing of the property and overall housekeeping and maintenance of the site, to ensure their students safety and well being. Prime responsibilities will include; •Manage and deliver sales across the property ensuring that both term occupancy and summer lets are maximised through suitable marketing, lead generation and by fostering wider relationships third parties such as the University. · Plan and manage the property budget to ensure that all P&L is accounted for on behalf of the property owner · Ensure that the property is adequately resourced to provide a first-class customer experience across security, housekeeping and maintenance · Manage the property standards and ensure that the property is complaint with all health and safety legislation · Manage the check in process and ensure that we provide a first-class welcome to the city and Meadow Court · Provide leadership to onsite in-house team of Customer Services Advisors, housekeeping and maintenance staff · Setting the standard in relation to dealing with any on site customer queries and overall all client relationship management. What skills will you have? To be successful in this role it is anticipated that the ideal candidate will; · A passionate customer focused individual demonstrating the ability to delivery first class customer experience · Experienced within property, facilities, residential or hospitality industry · Can demonstrate previous experience in managing of small teams of on-site staff · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Experience in overseeing maintenance, housekeeping and customer services · Flexible to the needs to the property including working on a call our rota. It would be beneficial is you had. · ISOH managing safely · RICS qualification would be an advantage although not essential · ARLA Leve 2 or 3 in residential property management Package; In return this role attracts a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000, 25 days holiday, matching pension of 4% employee/employer and life insurance x 4 salary.
