Senior Negotiator - Lettings & Estate Agency
Salary: £22-25k based on experience car An excellent new opportunity to join an established, growing Property company based in the West End of Glasgow in a position working across both the Lettings and Estate Agency market This client facing position will involve acting as a key point of contact for landlords, vendors and tenants ensuring high levels of service and building strong client relationships. Your role will focus on the letting and sale of properties across Glasgow with key duties including: Marketing properties and handling enquiries, setting up and conducting viewings Negotiating offers for let and sale - liaising with tenants and buyers Keeping landlords and vendors updated throughout the letting and sales process Getting properties ready for market - arranging home reports and making sure rental properties are fully compliant Monitoring and managing the tenant referencing process Assisting in the management and licencing of HMO properties (training provided if required) Being a team player - assisting where required with inventories, inspections All connected administration and use of Property software Candidates for this role should have proven experience in residential lettings with a confident understanding of all current regulations, a background in estate agency would be an advantage but not essential. It’s important that you have a professional and service driven approach with good communication and organisational skills. A driving licence is required but pool car provided for use.
