We have an open role for an experienced Functional Agile Test Lead/Manager to work in typically Test Manager and Lead level roles on our client projects, based out of our Leeds office and likely to be working at client locations around Leeds and the North. We require our Consultants to be both hands on and strategic and are ideally looking for someone with professional service / consultancy experience, although we are happy to consider those who have relevant skills and experience and are looking to move from an in-house role. Our ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes: Solid experience in defining, coordinating and managing end to end functional test delivery, with hands on agile experience as well as other methodologies Analysis, definition and implementation of appropriate test strategies, approaches and plans including effective risk based approaches Managing and coordinating wider testing areas, including automation and NFT Leading, coordinating and managing a team of testers Must have at least 2 years experience of working within Agile environments Experience in setting up and leading defect management Stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation Test tooling across test and defect management, API testing, and a good knowledge of automation approaches and options Providing daily/weekly status reporting and managing risks and issues The ability to understand both the technical and business solution to define and delivery effective testing, including at UI and integration/API levels Willingness to travel Working at Ten10 Ten10 has a culture of transparency, communication and respect.
