The role...

Reporting to the Betfair Head of Brand Strategy & Planning you will be responsible in the development of brand campaigns relating to Betfair Gaming products. You will bring the Betfair brand personality into the world of Gaming and deliver world-class marketing and communication plans. The Senior Brand Strategy Executive will be the marketing lynchpin for all things Gaming, the key point of contact to the Games commercial team and the brand guardian.

What you'll be doing...

•Assist in the development of Brand Strategy positioning for casino and arcade across Betfair UKI and international markets
•Create and maintain Gaming brand tools including style guides and brand bible
•Ownership of creation of master creatives assets for all gaming products. Working with creative agencies where necessary
•Assist on creation of BAU marketing materials, campaigns, copy and tone of voice ensuring all campaigns designed by Gaming Commercial line up to the new proposition when required
•Assisting Gaming team with the roll out of new gaming proposition across multiple channels
•Work with the Gaming Commercial & product teams on new initiatives (such as Slots strategy) to ensure a clear proposition in place aligned to the brand
•Work with the product teams, gaming commercial and studio to deliver new product developments and content
•Brand representative and guardian for all gaming verticals
•Manage the day-to-day relationship for Brand with the Strategy & Insights team for all Gaming related activity
•Responsible for the production of competitor Brand activity reports for gaming
•Collaborate with Media Manager on ATL media planning for gaming
•Ownership key branding or naming projects across Betfair Gaming channels including any new product features related to gaming
•Assist key brand marketing partners to build content plans across PR, social and editorial
•Consistent focus on critical customer journey basics, e.g. Working with CRM & Gaming teams to remove barriers and improve customer experience for acquisition retention and reactivation journeys
•Assist and sign off on creation of Cross-sell marketing materials
•Assist and sign off on creation of free to play game promotions
•Raising POs and ensuring payment for any related 3rd party suppliers
•Ad hoc tasks for bingo, poker and exchange games
•Bachelors/Masters in relevant discipline
•Gaming or brand experience essential
•Proven track record in driving commercial value for consumer business
