An exciting opportunity to work directly with senior business leaders and education partners to develop employer commitment in education; securing better outcomes for young people in our region.

We are looking to recruit a Lead Enterprise Coordinator to manage a team of Enterprise Coordinators in support of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership’s growing programme of “Enterprise in Education” activity, working strategically and in in collaboration with partners. Our aim is to better connect businesses and education in order to improve attainment and employability, raise awareness of career opportunities and address skills gaps and shortages.

We are looking for a highly motivated, target driven individual who is keen to make a difference to the employability of young people in our region. You will have a proven ability to successfully support, challenge and influence senior leaders in schools, experience of engaging with partners with different priorities, and a track record of engaging with business on the skills agenda. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to work flexibly as part of a growing team in a high-profile and demanding environment – often working to tight deadlines and on multiple projects.
