There is currently an exciting opportunity available to work on a national helpline providing careers information, advice and guidance to citizens.
Customer Service Adviser to join our expanding team based in Winsford. We pay a competitive hourly rate dependent on experience, plus an uncapped commission with potential to earn more. We are looking for Customer Service adviser's to receive inbound calls to chasing further information and offer an additional service we are providing to assist with the growth of our business
Working days: Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm (no weekends)
Experience in a call centre role is preferred but not essential, any financial background (PPI, PBA) is a benefit.
Used to dealing with customers.
Be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Energetic and enthusiastic
History of achieving targets
Excellent telephone manner
Resilient and able to handle objections.
Daily duties will include:
Outbound calling using automated dallier system.
Provide accurate and clear Information about the claims process to customers.
Ask relevant and appropriate open ended questions to obtain facts about the client's PPI.
Handle client questions and objections.
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
Meet the objectives and targets set.
Be polite and respectful at all times.
