Finance Product Training Manager - Bedfordshire (flexible working arrangements)

Salary: ??30,000

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of delivering a new finance product to the education sector, and as the Finance Product Training Manager will assist the services team in providing exceptional training material for their new finance software product launch.

As Training Manager, you will have a strong desire to work with a fast-growing organisation, an affinity and interest in finance within the education sector, results orientated and be driven to strive for continual improvement within the delivery of training material for this new finance product.


Duties:

  • Ensure that training material and services related to finance software developments are fit for purpose, support customers' needs and meet commercial objectives
  • Write training material content and engage with customers to support the production of additional training resources
  • Liaise with the Training Data Administrator to develop the training database
  • Identify ways to improve the quality of training solutions, without impacting cost or service levels
  • Liaise with finance product owners, ensuring awareness of new developments in the software and consequently, how training material needs to be reviewed and developed to support these product changes
  • Development of quality assurance in line with the product team's house standards and to meet customer needs
  • Ensure that process and systems are adhered to and deadlines are met

Essential Criteria:

  • Prior experience of working with financial data within an educational environment
  • Experience of using software packages such as FMS6 and SIMS
  • Proven ability to plan and carry out project work around the delivery of training programmes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of using a variety of IT packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
