Customer Service Desk Analyst -24/7 Shifts

A rare opportunity has arisen for a 1st line Customer Service Desk Analyst to join this dynamic provider of networking & telecoms services.

This role is an ideal opportunity for a good customer service candidate who is used to dealing with call logging, incident management and escalations etc to join the IT/Networking industry.

This role is a 24/7 days/nights basis. You must be able to demonstrate good customer facing skills, working through the escalation process, keeping customer's up to date and used to working to tight SLA's, using your common sense and abilities to keep the customer happy.

Other duties of this role involves Call Logging, network monitoring and liaising with other technical areas of the group to ITIL standards. This role is 24/7 nights and days, 4 on 4 off pattern 7-7.

Any networking customer services experience would be a distinct advantage for this role.

To apply you must be eligible for SC Clearance and have been in the UK for more then 5 years.
