Spares Co-ordinator

Your role is to ultimately sell tools and spares over the phone and via email. You will be co-ordinating the requirements to fulfil a customer order within the timeframes agreed. The sales will mostly be inbound and there will be also a small purchasing element to the position if the required products are not in stock.

Responsibilities - 

Liaising with customers for identification and supply of spare parts for machine tools, lasers and
chucks - including quotations/order processing/invoicing
Obtaining quotations/placing purchase orders on suppliers for urgent items and to maintain adequate
stocks of spare parts
Maintenance of web-based selling platform
Requirements -
An ability to communicate confidently at all levels with both customer and supplier
To be commercially aware in order to maximise profit levels while offering good customer service to
our worldwide customer base
The ability to search manuals and databases in order to identify the correct parts for customer
requirements
Some knowledge of ecommerce platforms and Excel would be an advantage
