Interim Global Finance Process Lead, London, Contract
Leading global law firm based in London is looking to hire two Interim Finance Process Leads, one focused on Purchase to Pay, the other focused on Business Insights. Both roles form part of a broader global finance transformation that the client is embarking on, and will be responsible for designing and delivering the processes for their respective areas, leading regional teams to ensure these are successfully Embedded across the organisation.
Key skills/experience required include:
- Proven track record of planning and deploying large scale process transformation programmes within global, blue chip organisations, preferably with other professional services firms;
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable working across a complex matrixed stakeholder community;
- Strong man-management and leadership skills;
- Will ideally have an understanding and experience working with legal sector technologies such as Thomson Reuters 3E, InTapp, Chrome River, etc;
Whilst the role will be London-based, given the global nature of the programme, there will be some travel involved.
