Our thriving IT recruitment consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant who is well-organized, professional, self-motivated, with the ability to work without supervision showing initiative, excellent time-management, organisational skills, accuracy, excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
You will support the Manager as well as our team in the smooth running of the administrative activities and will work with a range of people to efficiently and proactively carry out various tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Accurately raise and email invoices to the Client in a timely manner
Check Contractors timesheets and invoices
Ensure all data are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures and are auditable
Any other ad hoc duties as required
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
Experience of using MS Office packet
Exceptional communications (both written & verbal)
Ability to prioritise and proactively manage and complete multiple tasks
