2nd Line Support Engineer | Liverpool City Centre | £20,000 - £30,000 Do you love solving problems? Based out of modern offices in the heart of town, you'll get your hands on a wide variety of tech as you aim to respond to support enquiries of all shapes and sizes. You'll be ably assisted by an established software engineering team as you help internal & external clients to resolve their problems. In terms of technology, their products are built with a .NET stack and they're making great strides in developing an Azure Saas/PaaS offering for their roster of mainly public sector clients. You should be comfortable in a Microsoft environment, with a good understanding of Windows system administration. You'll also be comfortable with databases, particularly T-SQL/SQL. Beyond technical specifics, if you're bright, passionate and eager to learn new things you'll fit in just fine. The last person we introduced to the support team here was promoted within 6 months.
